Refund/Replacement Policies

All requests MUST be received via E-mail by info@learn.com within 24 hours of the time of purchase.

Refunds/Replacements/Adjustments WILL be considered for:

Technical problems resulting in the inability to view courseware
Customer Service must receive written notification of the problem and be given the opportunity to resolve the problem in order for a refund, replacement or adjustment to be considered.

We highly recommend that all visitors try the demo topics (provided in the course Catalog) before placing an order. By doing so, visitors ensure that they are able to view the courseware prior to purchase.

If the site is out of service for more than 8 hours consecutively, a day will be added to all existing subscriptions.

Extending the length of an existing subscription
If a Registered Member has purchased a course for a week or a month, the duration of the course can be extended and the amount of the original purchase will be applied to the upgrade. Credit for original purchases will be processed upon receipt of the replacement order.

Upgrading course access
If a Registered Member has purchased a single course and wishes to upgrade (to a Suite or Library) or has purchased a Suite and wishes to upgrade (to the Library), the amount of the original purchase will be applied to the upgrade. Credit for original purchases will be processed upon receipt of the replacement order.

Refunds/Replacements/Adjustments WILL NOT be considered for:

Existing usage
No subscription would be refunded if more than 25% of the progress of a course has been recorded. However, the course may be exchanged with different titles if any technical problem occurred.

Slow performance
The courseware is designed to perform optimally at a 28800 connection rate, or better. However, we have no control over Internet bandwidth which can affect performance, causing brief pauses in the transfer and playback of the course.

Reduction in subscription duration or downgrading of course access
Please chose your subscription lengths carefully. While we are happy to extend subscriptions, we do not offer refunds for unused or unneeded portions. Longer subscription lengths give the user the opportunity to go back and review the content for performance support.

We highly recommend that all visitors try the demo topics and view course outlines (provided in the course Catalog) before placing an order. By doing so, visitors ensure that the course they intend to purchase meets their expectations .
